Our team will book your return and a courier partner will pass by within 3 to 5 working days to collect your item. Debit/Credit card refunds will be processed back to the same debit/credit card used when the order was placed.
Please note that refunds can take between 5 to 7 working days to reflect back into your account depending on your payment providor*
